Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other users. Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance; the contract is finalized once shipment is confirmed.

Canceled orders will be refunded via the original payment method.
Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR€) or Lei (Romanian currency) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices may be changed without prior notice.
• For EU orders, prices include import taxes and duties (Delivery Duty Paid).
• For non-EU orders, customs charges are excluded and may apply upon delivery. Check applicable fees with local customs authorities.
Availability
Products listed on the Site are available for dispatch from our distribution center. High-demand items may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 48 hours and issue a refund. Delivery times for each item are displayed upon selection.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or costs resulting from late deliveries. If delivery is unavailable to your location, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation or an alternative address. Partial deliveries may occur for multi-item orders.
Inspect items upon receipt and retain proof of delivery. Responsibility for goods transfers to you upon delivery. If delivering to a third party, their signature confirms receipt.
Address Changes
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Contact Customer Service immediately if you identify an error after submitting your order. While we will attempt to correct errors, some orders may already be processed and cannot be updated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a fee.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, with items unused and tags intact. Damaged or soiled returns may be refused. Notify us immediately if an item arrives without tags. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes must be valid and entered during purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes do not apply to Gift Cards.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are virtual, non-transferable, and expire six months from the date of issue. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Refunds for products purchased with a Gift Card will be issued as store credit valid for one year.
Colors
While we strive to represent product colors accurately, variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays.
Typographical Errors
If an item is listed with incorrect information or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders. If your credit card is charged before cancellation, we will issue a full refund.
